PPF and IF Friday 2/22/13

Paint Party Friday and Illustration Fridays:  Twofers

I usually try to do one ACEO card that will fit both blog sites, and today the topic at Illustration Fridays is "Whisper" but I got carried away, so here are 2 for "What I Painted This Week" for Paint Party Fridays, and they are both topic related to IF "Whisper."  Oh, And I am going to use the guy with the hangover for my Day 23 in 29 Faces, so I guess it's another three-fer.

"Shhhh.  I have a Hangover,  Please whisper!"

and

"Shhhh.  Don't Wake the Baby, Please Whisper!"

ACEO refers to the size - 2½” x 3½” - also called an ATC or artist’s trading card. Signed by artist. Complete contact info on back - comes in a protective sleeve.  The photo looks bigger, but it is truly the size of a baseball card.  Original, not a copy, painted with acrylics on heavy paper.

  10. Thanks, everyone! I am off to see what is happening at Artists in Blogland for Saturday.
PS: Here is a great little article on how to do 10 minute atc card faces with watercolor and pen. Not as colorful as mine, but the technique is very similar. This is a great site for inspiration and information and they have 20 free magazines you can download pdfs to your computer FREE. Did I say FREE?
