IF: Illustration Fridays - Talent: Puppetry

ACEO:  "Ooops!"
Illustration Fridays: TALENT - Backstage Puppetry

This is from first hand experience, guys!  I was Penny Puppet for 10 years doing live performances with puppets and marionettes, and sometimes things happen, like having a puppet slip off during a performance.  I'm afraid this one is destined to fall off the stage and into the audience.  Oh, well! Now that the puppet is off you can see the hand in the two finger puppet position. Some people use only one finger in the head, but then you have a bulge in the tummy. I like it my way better.

PPF and IF Friday 2/22/13

Paint Party Friday and Illustration Fridays:  Twofers

I usually try to do one ACEO card that will fit both blog sites, and today the topic at Illustration Fridays is "Whisper" but I got carried away, so here are 2 for "What I Painted This Week" for Paint Party Fridays, and they are both topic related to IF "Whisper."  Oh, And I am going to use the guy with the hangover for my Day 23 in 29 Faces, so I guess it's another three-fer.

"Shhhh.  I have a Hangover,  Please whisper!"

and

"Shhhh.  Don't Wake the Baby, Please Whisper!"

ACEO refers to the size - 2½” x 3½” - also called an ATC or artist’s trading card. Signed by artist. Complete contact info on back - comes in a protective sleeve.  The photo looks bigger, but it is truly the size of a baseball card.  Original, not a copy, painted with acrylics on heavy paper.

Illustration Fridays and PPF: Storm, A Leaf in the Wind

Watercolor and ink on Masa Paper:  Abstract Illustration
for Paint Party Fridays and Illustration Fridays

An abstract Mixed media ACEO/ATC, painted on krinkled masa paper, with loose watercolor and pen. It was a dark and stormy night, and I found a leaf in the wind, so I signed it on the front, and indicated where the leaf appears. My interpretation, of course. This one comes with a FREE mat and heavy backing, so it is ready to frame and hang on the wall, if you like.

Original hand painted art - not a print. On heavy paper. ACEO refers to the size - 2½” x 3½” - also called an ATC or artist’s trading card. Signed by artist. Complete contact info on back - comes in a protective sleeve.

Matted and ready to frame . . .

Mabe Threefers, if there is such a thing!  This is my entry for Paint Party
